All those who respond to the RSVP must complete an application so that we can send you important information about the event, coordinate dates, arrange attendance by age & more. Due to the nature of our events, parental permission is required and only parents or legal guardians of the girl listed on the application may complete this form. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are permitted but refunds are not offered. In cases of medical emergencies, we do offer a placement at a future event at no additional cost to you.
